1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

ZynoHost proudly offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial signup, you will be given a full refund of the hosting contract amount.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain services are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. These include:

  • Domain Registrations/Transfers/Renewals: Domain costs are paid to the registry immediately and cannot be refunded.
  • Dedicated Servers & VPS: Setup fees and monthly fees for these services are non-refundable unless there is a hardware failure.
  • Software Licenses: cPanel, Litespeed, Softaculous, or any other third-party software licenses.
  • SSL Certificates: Paid SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Login to your Client Area.
  • Open a support ticket to the "Billing Department".
  • State clearly that you wish to cancel and request a refund under the 30-day guarantee policy.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, PayPal, Card).

4. Violation of Terms

No refunds will be made if your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, phishing, or hosting illegal content).
